We ship all the products by express courier service only. Delivery to metro cities takes about 2-3 days. Deliver to non-metro cities takes about 4-6 days. 

Payment

Yes. Cash on Delivery option is available on orders above Rs. 600/-

No, Open Box Delivery is not possible. We send products through couriers like Bluedart, Ecom Express, Delhivery, DTDC and courier companies do not provide Open Box Delivery Service. Only Amazon & Flipkart can give such feature of Open Box Delivery because they have their own courier companies.

Yes, you are most welcome. We are based in Burari, New Delhi. If you want to visit the store, you can come to our address and purchase the product physically.

Returns

We ship all the orders very carefully. All orders are packed on camera, if the customer wishes he/she can ask for order packaging video.
Although chances of receiving different product are very very rare, even then customers are advised to make a parcel opening video. In case you receive some other product, please contact us. We are here to help you.

We try to check the products before dispatching so that any defective or damaged product is not delivered to the Customer. 
In case you receive any defective or damaged product, fell free to contact us for Replacement.

Other than replacement, exchange option is also available. If the customer is not satisfied with the product receive, he/she can exchange it with any other product listed on our website.
