Return Policy

We at Wishzone provide Returns in the form of Replacement, Exchange and Refund.

In the case of the product not as described on our website, you can request a replacement or exchange at no extra cost within 3 days of receiving the product.

If the delivered product is defective or damaged, please contact us through WhatsApp at 9911824860 within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once we receive your message, we will guide you through the process of returning the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality control check to ensure that the issue is in our product and not caused by misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality control check and we ensure that it is unused and in its original packaging stage, a replacement will be dispatched. Please note that defective/damaged products must be returned in their original packaging, wherever possible. 

To qualify for a refund in case of damaged or faulty products, you need to send the product to Wishzone at your own expense. Once we receive your item/product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The product should be unused and in the same package that you received the product, otherwise, the refund will be rejected. The use of a product or physical defects caused by the customer will not be refunded or replaced by Wishzone.
