Return Policy

Conditions for Return:

  • Return is accepted in case the delivered product is damaged, defective or completely different from description on website.
  • We accept Returns in the form of Replacements and Exchanges. If the order qualifies for return, we will replace it with a new piece of the delivered product. Or if the customer does not want that product, he/she can also exchange it with any other product uploaded on our website. 
  • Customers are requested to make a proper parcel unboxing video which might be required in the process of return.
  • Customers are also requested to pay attention to the parcel while accepting delivery. If the parcel packing seems to be tampered, he/she may reject the delivery.
  • Customers are requested to inform about the issue with the delivered product as soon as possible, and in not more than 48 hours.
